Visitors’ Festival

We will celebrate this anniversary with you on Sunday, 11 October with a huge visitors’ festival. An exciting and diverse program will be offered for the entire family:

With “MobiSpray” visitors make their own media art, spraying the walls of the ZKM with virtual colors. With “QR-Code-Raffle,” you can win a number of wonderful prizes, and the “Marotte” puppet theater will amaze children with its version of “Peter and the Wolf.” In the ZKM | Media Library, ZKM staff will read from ZKM publications, and visitors will become artists with interactive artworks, such as “Bubbles” and “Small Fish.” It is even possible to climb peaks at the ZKM book climbing wall, and a magician will wander through the building and entertain the whole family. In addition, there will be short guided tours every half hour for adults and children through the current ZKM exhibitions, along with additional special and thematic tours. In the evening, “The Errorists” will present their live music act.

The on site, wily “mobile Information source” will let you in on all other surprises that await you at ZKM.
